8. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Approved refunds take 5–7 business days to process.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processing or packing has started, cancellations are not allowed.
Approved cancellations of prepaid orders are refunded within 3–5 business days.
